This is what is on the horizon
Number 7This book deals with past life experiences. Its about a group of doctor's from the P.L.E.T.(Past Life Experiences Team) working at the UNC Children's Hospital. They are prepping patients which all have terminal illnesses by implanting information deep into their subconscious which will identify them as a past life being, with the hope that they will reborn into a new body with a new family. The research team has been working for years to perfect their technique of implanting memories into individuals who were dying. All of the patients used in the program were children who volunteered with parental consent. The hope being that one day a child would be born with these embedded memories becoming a vivid expression of the implanted past life memories. The type of implanted information was specific and very simplistic. The program had been advertised to the public for many years and it was hoped that the signs would be easily recognizable. The public needed to be aware of the program in order to recognize the signs of a P.L.E.T. patient and where to take a patient to be properly evaluated.

Draft Notice: The real cold WarThis book deals with an 18 year old young man who has just received his Draft Notice in the mail. What will he do? Will he follow some of his anti-war buddies and head off to Canada? Will he just head off into the mountains and get lost from society? He decides to join the Marine Corp instead of being drafted. His growth moves him along in his career very quickly. He is smart, handsome and good with weapons. He is moved to Special Ops and then to the Secret Black Ops division. His fight starts in Vietnam and moves through all the skirmishes since. While in Vietnam he works with the intelligence gathering division where he witnesses some unusual movements amongst the Vietnamese Troops, not the not normal ground troops but secret undercover guys, behind the scenes stuff. He was unable to get 100% confirmation at the time, but he suspected the North Vietnamese soldiers were being trained by the Iraqi and Afghan military. But the real kicker to the situation is where the funding for this training was coming from.

THEY"THEY" were thought to be mythical beings even from the beginning of time. The fact that there is very little evidence of their existence today can be attributed the fact that "THEY" have learned to blend into our society and hide in plain site. "THEY" are here and "THEY" have inhabited the earth for thousands of millennium. "THEY" are known only to one another in their true form. With the exception of a few instances over the millennia they have rarely made themselves known to humans but on the rare occasion a few of them have gotten involved with humans and what was a close friendship changes, and they begin falling in love. This is highly discouraged because "THEY" have a life span of nearly nine hundred years. "THEY" can only bare children once every fifty years during the procreation cycle. Males and females alike desire the mating ritual and participate in this procreation cycle, it doesn't matter how old. It's built into their DNA to procreate and they can not resist the cycle. Their survival depends on this cycle.

Earth BoundThat summer started just as all other
summers; with our first of many long hot out of school days, for Taz and
me. It was summer vacation and we were looking forward to it. I'm Alex Jenkins and there was nothing noticeably
different about those first few days. Certainly nothing to
warn us of the discovery we were about to make. To us it was just another day in the eighty eight days that made our summer. The events that were ahead of us never would
have crossed our minds, not even in our wildest imaginations. Little did we know that we were about to
embark on a dicsovery that would change us and the world as we know it,
forever. We had discovered a signal mixed in the noise of a gamma ray wave which seemed to have originated much closer to Earth than anyone expected, a mere one light year away. After Taz and I cleaned up the background noise of the gamma ray, we deciphered this, " If anyone receives this message we need your help".

My Life: A Chronological LookThis is not a diary. It's a look back into my life, through my eyes, into my memories as a child, a teenager, a young adult, a parent, a divorcee and a grandparent. Some of it is funny. Some of it is sad. Some of it might be considered unbelievable. Most of it is happy. But in the end it's just a look at me, from me, my life. (and to the members of my immediate and extended family; not too many secrets were let out of the box, and some of the things that only you know are not mentioned and are meant to stay that way). This is my look back and it's meant to be good reading.

Poems from the RubbleWe all have poems in us, we sometimes just have difficulty getting them out. This is a compilation of some of those thoughts. It's called "Poems from the Rubble" for a reason. These come from the times in my life when I needed someone to talk to and didn't know who that was, so I put it on paper. Some are good, some are not as good, some might even be considered bad, but it was what I was feeling at the time. Read them, if you like them or if you don't, leave me a post. Poems from the Rubble and My Life will not be a published work. They will be available on this website only, and free to everyone to like or not.
